Founder & Managing Partner, K3 Capital Solutions
Krists Eiduks brings a diverse career spanning civil engineering, large-scale infrastructure projects, and global investment management to his leadership at K3 Capital Solutions. His journey began with studies in civil engineering at Riga Technical University and hands-on experience building bridges and highways both in Europe and the U.S. Over six years, he worked with industry leaders such as C.C. Myers and Road & Highway Builders, contributing to major infrastructure projects including the construction of the Galena Creek Bridge in Nevada—the world’s largest cathedral arch bridge.
Transitioning to finance, Krists earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University at Albany, graduating with honors while co-managing a student investment fund. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in New York, first on the Treasury Capital Markets unsecured funding team and later in the Capital Planning and Management division, where he focused on stress testing and capital distribution. Returning to Latvia, he joined Swedbank and later Balcia Insurance, managing multi-asset portfolios ranging from €145M to €3.2Bn across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
Krists combines the discipline of engineering, the precision of finance, and the resilience of athletics—having competed as a junior biathlete at the World Championships and serving as an Olympic torchbearer in 2006.
